Saving a file to a drive

I would like to save a 3D part to my thumb drive and I can't seem to be able to.

I woul also like to open up that file in Fusion 360 to make modifications to it, if needed.

By design, Fusion 360 data is stored in the cloud (Autodesk 360). However, you can store an archive file on a thumb drive. See the below link for how to obtain an local archive file of a design from Fusion 360.
