This Fusion 360 file from GrabCAD fails to open with the following error:

---------------------------
Fusion 360
---------------------------
Referenced Model is no longer accessible, please select a new Model
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

How can the error be resolved?

Screencast shows what happens when attempting to dismiss the dialog.

I get a different error:

I'm not quite sure how this happened, but it looks like this design contained external references to designs, but somehow the user exported an F3D for it (should be an F3Z).  There are sneaky ways to do this, involving finding the cached local files and just grabbing the F3D from that folder, but in general, this should not happen.  I'd report this to the owner of that file on GrabCAD, and let him/her know that the file is not valid, and ask that he upload an F3Z version of it.

I thought perhaps it was because it was created in an older version of Fusion 360.  Is the non-cancelable dialog just opening for each invalid referenced model?
