Plane At Angle not behaving as expected?

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if this is a bug.

When I create a plane, I select a line, specify the angle (45 degrees) and the preview looks like exactly what I want.

But when I hit enter, the plane is rotated 90 degrees , and becomes perpendicular to the plane that I wanted.

It works fine for me. Can you attach an f3d file of your model or a screencast showing the problem?

Sorry, I thought I had attached my screencast in my original post.

Looks like it was a bug.

I tried it on about a dozen other lines and they all behave as expected.

Works fine in other documents too.

If you can strip it down to a repeatable instance of this happening, AD would probably like to see it.  Helps with debugging efforts.

Okay I went back in history to where it was happening and was able to get it to do it again a few times. Seemed to be happening in only one part of a body.

What is the procedure to submitting this for Autodesk to review?

I've attached the .f3z file

(Sorry for the screencast, I'm very new to using a 3D mouse.)
