Placing Holes on another Plane

I am trying to add two .280 dia. circles on the intersections of these highlighted lines, but I can't for the life of me figure it out. I've tried re-associating the sketch plane, rotating the whole piece, and I can't get the circle to snap to the intersections. Any ideas/ help? Attached is the file. Love the software, and this community!

Is there a reason you are doing this as single wireframe 3D sketch rather than as simple 2D sketch and Extruded solid body?

It appears that you created this sketch using 3d sketching, is that correct?  3d sketching in fusion is a PITA.  It's an infant compared to Sketchup. Try to avoid it if you can. That being said, you could just create a new sketch on the same plane that you want the intersecting circle to go.
