I just learned that now Fusion allows it to use driven dimensions for parameters.
I wanted to use those for making a body pattern, but very unfortunately that seems not possible. I can call the parameter, but its not possible to use it.
Unfortunately it's a feature at the time. Driven parameters does not work outside the same sketch (but Autodesk says this will be added in future... I hope it happens soon). So it's not just about body pattern, they can't be referenced for any operation outside that sketch.
