Hi there,

I'm trying to open a file that I have been working on and cant seem to open it anymore, prompting this message .... "The path C:/Users/brett/AppData/Local/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/54WHLSAF7QUG/W.login/F/_XRef_/_Plasma Drive Engine Master.15aed037-e0f8-4d3c-84fa-cc4b14ce4635_LV0.f3d is not a valid zip package.

Could not find referenced document: _Plasma Drive Engine Master.15aed037-e0f8-4d3c-84fa-cc4b14ce4635.f3d

The file C:/Users/brett/AppData/Local/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/54WHLSAF7QUG/W.login/F/_ACE Cadilac.69f69896-66bb-45a2-af69-1717dfb560cc.f3d could not be loaded."

How do I send the file to Autodesk Support - i cant find a logical pathway through the Accounts page where im directed. The file has IP issues making it not able to publicly share.  The associated file it refers to opens fine so I'm lost with what to do .. I would really appreciate some help because its an important file.

thanks in advance,

B

  2. Take a backup of 'F' Folder (Copy the F folder to different Location)
  3. Delete all the files and folders in "W.wwwwip1fqa"
