Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
That is not possible since I have no idea how to model that joint which is he point of the question.

Hi! Could you please give a little more information about how did you model that bend?
I think you used Flange to make the rectangular form of the tube and then you cut the body to avoid material interference. But how did you manage to bend the tube along the remaining rectangle in the center?

Just follow the timeline and look at the functions (right click > Edit) how they have been done.
