Linking sliders and slots - Croc Mech

I'm working on a slot together crocodile mechanism. There is a clockwork motor with a dog legged arm that is used to drive the mechanism . The arm fits into a slot in a piece of card which in turn moves back and forth opening and closing the crocs jaws.

My question is, how do I link the rotation of the clockwork motor to the slot in the card and in turn to the back and forth motion of the slider piece.

Thanks in advance!crocSlider-01.jpgcrocSlider-02.jpgcrocSlider-03.jpgcrocSlider-04.jpg

Before creating joints, we first need to address the two Elephants in the room:

1. Your sketches are not properly constrained and dimensioned.

2. All the body move operations in your timeline. In a design like this you should not move bodies, but use joints to assemble parts to properly locate and orient them.

There might be a third Elephant, which is that most of the geometry that should be stationary is not assembled/joined properly and can be dragged around freely in the viewport.
