Mass not Accurate

Guys, Why is my Mass on this component not accurate. My dimension length with that is around 200mm, and im using titanium as material, the mass should be in kilograms by now around 10kg or more. How to fix this to accurately correct the data?

The forum is not working correctly - making effective communication impossible - so I am going to go elsewhere where I can make more efficient use of my time.

Make the two points shown in attached image Coincident.

I attached partially finished part - see if you can reproduce the steps.
