Making a thread on a tapered extrusion?

Hi All.

I'm newish to Fusion, but i've ran into a problem.

I've created a taper and i wish to thread it.  Also a nut will screw up the taper to tighten the tube within the taper assembly.

A bit like a bowden tube clamp, but this is for liquid.

Can anyone please advise me how to carry this out.  I cannot see a thread option nor coil option on the taper.

Many thanks. f3d enclosed.

Regards

Mike

The coil command does have a taper option. You should use that and sweep your thread profile using a path plus guide rail from the coil.
