Looking for ideas on making a 3-dimensional wind speed and direction instrument ( "3D Pitot"? )

I want to "scan" all the air volume around a spinning model propeller to examine the speed and direction (in front, behind, and around the tips, and at the hub). As you may know, the air goes the opposite direction to what you expect at the tips ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fbOXXLtaOVg&t=24s ).  I want real data about this, so I can visualise and work with it on a PC.

I've built a 3-axis gantry to carry an instrument, and taken a stab at a design: https://a360.co/3pUmtkS - it's a ball with 4 equi-spaced holes, connected by tubes to pressure sensors.  Airflow around a sphere is not idea however, so before I invest in manufacture... can anyone else think of a way to grab this kind of data in reasonable resolution ?

I specifically need both the airflow velocity, as well as its 3-dimensional direction.

Are there any outside-the-box thinkers reading this with innovative suggestions??

(below - my idea, probably flawed, since wind doesn't flow nicely around spheres)
