Loft tool not working properly

Hello, 

I am currently trying to make a boat hull for 3D printing. I have made the rough hull design but I am struggling to get the loft tool to work properly. 

I am also trying to get the thickness of the walls to be 10mm, but I have no clue how I would get that done, so help on that front would also be great!

I have attached the file bellow.

Not using Sketch 6 will avoid a crease, Split body for a flat deck line.

Small steps will build it up.

10mm is very thick for 3d print.
