Joint conflict - tutorial file

Following the tutorial on joints in Leson 5 of http://f360ap.autodesk.com/courses/mechanical-assemblies-fundamentals/lessons/lesson-5-assemblies-an....

Connecting crank arm to gear results in error:

Warning: Rev77
Compute Failed

Some positions cannot be resolved due to joint conflicts

Since this is a tutorial file, I am surprised to see an error.

Any suggestions?

Double check your selections, have you copied the tutorial?

Sounds like the crankrod is being asked to change height,

The tutorial selection under the crankrod, was the bottom of the orange bush,

No,  you should not be getting an error if all the file is the same as the tutorial.

If you export the file, and attach it,  we can answer with your data.

Might help...
