Is it possible to create a Form Mill yet?

Hey All,

I have tried the steps I found in this post:

But cannot successfully create a form mill. The option to Import doesn't seem to be available. 

Am I missing something?

Here is my form tool:

It is basically a drill I need to use in a lathe component.

You only need to create a sketch then in the manufacture workspace use Form Mill on the manage menu to import into the current document's tool library.
