i don't know how to create model with 11 TPI thread

I want to create external thread of 11 TPI (thread per inch). i tried and found i can create thread but not using TPI unit. which option should i select to create threads using TPI unit

The thread manager only wants to use standard threads, and even excludes some uncommon ones. What you can do is to make a helix, with an outside triangle on a cylinder, using length/11 for the number of turns. The triangle is a little primitive for a real thread, but I was able to use a fillet on the apex.
