How would you model this fold?

I've tried sweep and loft, but both have intersection errors, even when using 3D splines as rails. 
NOTE: picture is only to reference the fold. (Model should be flat, no wires)

Design: should be parametric, adjustable angle, thickness, height, etc.

Try the pipe command plus a rectangular pattern.

Does it need to be "Organic" " or can a simple pattern work?

I would use Autodesk Inventor Professional - Cable and Harness - Create Fold

But I'm sure there is a way in Fusion 360 to do it manually.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

It doesn't need to be organic. 

The wire parts aren't part of what Im modelling. I used this as a reference to display the fold.

Have you gone through the Tutorials?

Do you understand Sketching, Sweep and Loft?

Do you understand Sheet Metal?

This sort of works, best method so far. Although there's still issues: changing the angle of the bend requires adjusting the width of the intersection (blue lines). Also warps the geometry, there's waves on the faces. 
Im curious how others would approach this, while keeping consistent thickness through the fold and designing parametrically.

Try a thin extrude from a 3d control point spline:

How about this.  Editable to the angle you want and the height of the fold.

It works relatively well, but inherently the same problem in keeping the shape flat, without patterning 10^10.
The wire picture was misleading, the goal was modeling the fold, like a folded ribbon.
