how to turn off all snapping I want to draw free(verticalother constrains)

how to

I am currently redrawing on a canvas(hand draw sketch) I insert.

I want to make the line function and put my points precisely all along my line(different curve)

but my cursor is attracted to another location to create a constraint as vertical. what I does not want, at the end the lines I create don't fit the original.

While drawing the line, hold down the CTRL(Windows) or Command(macOS) key.

That will avoid the snapping.

Terribly inconvenient to have to hold a key down when I'm on my drawing pad trying to trace a line from a template and holding that still with one hand with my stylus in the other...  surely there must be a global setting?

This doesn't seem to work for rotating an object in Design mode.  I've set rotation snapping to 0.5 degrees, but it keeps snapping within 2 degrees, even with ctrl key.
