I'm trying to create a rectangle inside another rectangle (see image). The outer rectangle is aligned with the axes so that's easy to make. The inner rectangle is skewed and I'm not sure how to do that.
I also want to constrain the Northwest corner of the inner rectangle to specific distances from the North and West sides of the outer rectangle. (I don't know what angle the inner rectangle is rotated, but I can measure the distance to the edges of the outer rectangle.)
I think this should be fairly straightforward if I just knew the magic incantation. Please advise.
