How to model a Spot drill?

I was wanting to model a Spot drill.

Is there a way to model the flutes and relief angles on a Spot drill or end mill?

That is why I posted this question.

What a struggle... 

I will post up my best attempt soon. I have an idea but it will take some cross eyed crazy thinking to get this idea to work.
