How to link objects together

So I want to add a fillet to this body on the part that is highlighted blue but I have a bunch of the same piece and I don't want to have to manually do it to each piece. How would I go about doing this? Not just for a fillet but what if you wanted to extrude a bunch of the same bodies at once how would you do this? Thanks!

Hi,

1. I only see an arrangement in ocean green, but no element highlighted.
2. You can set what you want to edit in the selection filters and then select it with the window selection, for example.

It’s not really highlighted it’s just the line I am clicked on, I have like a couple of that same exact body, if I want to extrude it or like add a fillet to all of the bodies how would I do it? Thanks!

Hi,

1. i see some magenta lines (projections), nothing in blue
2. lines are sketch elements and only suitable for the extrusion of thin solids or surface bodies.
3. fillets are based on body edges, the selection of which I have described above.
4. to reduce misunderstandings please upload a file and name the relevant elements.

@champshire91, please correct me if I am wrong but @g-andresen I believe they are referring to the line circled in red here.

And to try and answer your question if I am understanding it correctly, after selecting fillet but before entering a value, go through and select all the lines you want to fillet, then enter a value. If you have already entered a value, you can press ctrl or cmd for mac and that will temporarily undo the fillet and you will be able to continue to select lines you want to add fillets to while in the fillet command. If you were meaning as opposed to going through and selecting each part one by one and doing a fillet command on each part.

if you had made the part a single component, and then copied and jointed it into the other locations, then you would only have to model the fillet on the original component.  but you made a bunch of different bodies, so you will have to pick each edge when you go to fillet.

Two of the parts already have the fillets on them and two do not. But in the future all you have to do is select all the desired edges you want to fillet before entering a value in order to fillet multiple edges.
