How to create rounded edge?

This is a problem for me in general quite often. If I have a more complex shape, typically with points, I can't use fillet or chamfer on it regardless of the settings I try for them. Now I need to round the edges of a letter with a circle and again at 0.4mm I encounter an error ( the circle has a diameter of 155m and the extrude of the shape is 4mm. ). How can I make rounded edges even for such a shape?

Create high quality geometry yourself rather than use imported poor quality svg.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, this is not an SVG, but a modeling directly in Fusion - sketch + circle + text -> extrude. As I mentioned, I have this problem quite often when the edges form a sharp corner or are short. Sometimes I manage to create a bevel by leaving out part of the arc, but that's not what I would have imagined. But maybe I'm just doing something wrong...

I am attaching the export file.

I would model the text.

Fusion highlights the area that is giving the alarm in red.

in this case you have a small triangle sticking out the top right side.

zoom in and youll see a red line on 1 side of the extra triangle. delete this triangle and youll be fine.

The issue is simply this small sharp corner here, remove it by selecting both sides of the sharp corner then delete them, that would create a "Delete Face" feature in the timeline, then fillet using the top face will work just fine.

Find attached the .f3d file with the above fix applied.

Not echoing for the sake of it, I was backing up the point because it’s the right one
