How to create Fluted Cylinder

I am trying to make a smooth transition at the top of the fluted parts in the inside of this cylinder. I am wanting the outside to mirror it with the same shell thickness as the rest of the cylinder walls. I have a cross section view and a crude drawing of what I am trying to do. I have thought about doing a sphere but I don't think it will fit correctly. Any help is appreciated! If you need any more photos or a screencast or something I will try my best to provide any info needed.

The design (if this helps) is going to be a cup holder insert printed in TPU and the flutes are meant to flex outward to hold a smaller cup snug when inserted. That is why I need the smoothed top edges of the flute and don't want the wall of that part to be very thick.

Please attach your model so the forum users can work with it directly.  If you do not know how to attach your model, open it in Fusion360, select the File menu and then choose Export and save the .F3D file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a reply forum post to attach it.

I hope I understood your sketch.  Make the Sectional Analysis active to see the part I added. Model is attached.

@jhackney1972 That is super close but not quite, I realize my cross section diagram was "incomplete." The rounded part in the inside of the model you sent is what I am looking for. But I would like it to essentially have a shell of the thickness of the walls so the outer part of the model will be smoothed/rounded as well I made another sketch of the cross section and the part in blue essentially needs to be removed and the red is the part that needs to be revolved. I hope that makes sense.

Well I suspected you were not complete with your desired design the first time but I always try to give the answer as it is requested.  Here is the model again, I hope it is correct.  Please do not forget to mark the Accept Solution if it suits you needs.  Model is attached.
