I am trying to create this piece on 360. I can't figure out how to create the saw portion. The struggle is really that I am needing to save the file as a DXF to cut on a plasma table. I don't know how to create that tooth pattern on the arc as a sketch. Anyone know?? Thanks!

Create a sketch with a triangle for one tooth and extrude cut. Maybe use a spline to copy the contour of the teeth. Pattern the first extrude along the spline path.

Just import the image you have, and use as reference (import, canvas) and draw over, then extrude the sketch.
