HOW DO YOU GET ONE DESIGN DONE IN 360 INTO ANOTHER DESIGN IN 360?

Having trouble getting a logo design done in Fusion 360. Into another design also done in Fusion 360. I've tried inserting it as SVG, a Canvas where I get access only to the jpg I previously traced but not the traced version all to no avail. Should I use decal?

I have no idea, I do not use Screencast.  I create all my videos in MP4 format.

Sorry, I am not trying to write in code. The videos are in something called Techsmith Screencast. Lets see if this works. https://app.screencast.com/lAe799wdOyJIN?conversation=820N3YSqGZp5rSisMmU2La&tab=Details

That is all it shows me so I can't fine a file format. I'm going to try putting this in the attachment section as well to see if you can open it. Ok so it won't let me put it in the attachment section.

You have uploaded your video to Screencast.com which is proprietary site so the only option you have with them is to share the video link, as you did in this post.  I would recommend, after recording your video, save the file to your hard drive instead of uploading it to Screencast.com, as an MP4 format.  Then you can use the video attachment icon (above you post area) to attach it to your Forum post.

I went ahead and reviewed your Screencast video and in turn made a MP4, format video and attached it, to show you the process of scaling your one component.  Why do you think all of Fusion 360 commands are on the Right Mouse button menu?  You will find all the commands on the menu bar at the top of the design area.

Are you all straight now?  Did my last video clear it up for you?  You ask a lot of questions but then you go quiet when a little feedback would be nice.

Great, I'm glad you were able to see it. I will do that save from now on. (MP4). The reason I use the right click is because while working on the original body of the design I needed to use it and figured it was a little faster than searching the top tool bar. I will go watch your video to see what you're describing.

Ok, followed the proceedure but I cannot seem to get it scaled properly. I did a video but cannot save it, I can only upload it.

Don't mean to go quiet, I'm trying to use your solutions. However it did not work for me. First I tried to do a video but cannot save it to my computer, next I tried your solution. I can do all the proceedures up to the scale part. When I get there I am unable to scale the logo. At first I was able to scale it but it was too small, I tried to make it larger but get a warning about it not being the latest version? Now, when I scale it, it just goes to a different location so I'm not able to get it scaled to the size I want it to be. It probably needs to be around 4.76mm.

I have recorded a video on how to use Techsmith Capture and how to save the recording as an MP4, which you keep saying, cannot be done.  For the subject of my video I used your model and the scaling process of the body.  Pay close attention at the end of the process of saving the recording as an MP4.  I have attached the actually MP4 to this Forum post if you want to look at it.

I have done all I can to show you how to do this process.  I have nothing else to offer.

Ok got the scale thing figured out. I am going to check out your new video here is what it looks like so far.

What I found that was the scaling problem was that each time I scaled it, that scale was saved in the timeline so that I could never get the right scale. When I saw that in the timeline I went in and deleted each one until I got to the beginning and then rescaled it until I got the size I was looking for. You can see it in the pic I just sent. Now I'm going to try to do your solution for saving the video and inserting it into a post if you don't mind.

I did another video and as I was working on it my computer glitched out. I was able to get back in and saw that the file had the extension MP4 on it. I then got it into this post so you could look at it to see if I did it correctly but now cannot find it so I'm wondering if you saw it or not. I'm going to try it again to make sure I'm doing it right.

Yes, your video is attached, not embedded.  You can always look at your post to confirm this yourself.

Well if you truly intended to attach a video to your last post, it did not make it.  You should use the Embed Video icon to add your videos.
