How can I create a plane along an axis?

I have came across this topic:
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-design-validate/how-to-create-a-plane-along-an-axis/td-p/8...

But the question here seems that he wants a surface over the length of the cylinder, but having it start from the center. Rather than from the outside.

What I'd like is that I can add a plane on the axis. Just like the "Plane along path" feature would do (if the shown axis would have been a path). Because I have use the loft feature to create this angle, I do not have a path in my sketch to use and because the top and bottom faces are flat. They miss the required angled. Any help is highly appreciated.

It might help if you edit your image to show where this plane should be.  Plane at Angle with the axis as the input allows you to create a plane on any diameter of the cylinder.

p.s. Planes don't have start or end points,  they're infinite.  The representation of a plane in Fusion 360 is a small rectangle, but the plane is actually infinite.

the reason why Plane Along Path does not allow Axis selection is that the plane is positioned along the path at a specified length.  Work Axes have no length, they are infinite.  Their display is truncated for visual simplicity, but there is no inherent start or end point to an axis, so nothing to measure distance from.

Now, there is a loophole here (not one I like, but it does work).   You can create a sketch, and use Project -> Include 3D Geometry, and select the axis.  This creates a sketch line with a start and end point (based on the current display setting of the axis).  You can then use that sketch line as a path for Plane Along Path.  The distance will be measured from the end of that sketch curve, but remember that this distance is not parametrically tied to anything meaningful.  If you are OK with that, then you are all set.

I do not really care where the plane would go, but your (and @jeff_strater's) made clear what the problem with this situation is. I think that the solution provided by Jeff will work, how quirky it may seem. Thank you both!

Construct a plane at angle at 0 degrees relative to the axis. Sketch a line along the axis in that plane. Construct a plane along path on the sketch line.

Attached is a file showing the original problem.  Please make a screencast showing your technique using this file.

While there is no official feature, it is possible to create a fully constrained plane along an axis at a point. Create two planes at different angles on the axis, and on each plane create a line perpendicular to the axis intersecting the point. You can then use these two sketch lines to create a new plane. Really should be an official feature considering there's nothing undefined or hacked in getting this plane.
