How to create a plane along an axis?

It looks to me as if Fusion 360 is missing an option from the Construct menu. There doesn't seem to be a way to create a construction plane alongside an axis, at certain angle or parallel to a reference plane.

Compare to the screenshot about "Tangent Plane". How to do the same, but so that the resulting plane follows the axis of the cylinder, instead of its surface?

Create a construction axis and then create a plane at angle on that axis.

I think @TrippyLighting is responsible for the Reply issues this morning.

He disabled until he finished his coffee and responded to the low hanging fruit questions and then opened back up to the rest of us to solve the issues that have more to do with user than CAD.  🙄

It was weird. Clicking "Post" after typing a reply would just sit there for a long time and finally return a gateway failure.

When clicking on "Reply" in another thread, the Reply page would open, with the text field pre-populated with what I had typed previously into the other, gateway failed, Reply page.

Yeah, Chad got bored with all the hard core CAD programing and fixing bugs. Now he's mucking around with the Forum software.
