how can i create conical shape with with coil?

hi! new on this.

trying to make this form, a cone with twist, with 1,5turn...

tried using point spline combo circles with twist.. but could not shrink the top to a cone....

tried using cylinder and make a cone, combine a coil and path.. but i cannot shrink the dowels

some kind of centerline loft like the attached model might work.  I think the rate of twisting is also changing in the pic you posted.  that's going to be trickier to do since the coil tool only twists at a constant rate.
