Hi there,

if I want to build an assembly from several components in the file, how to use one or more of these component several times.

I am working on a chuck design and I would have one component 5 times in that assembly. This component will ALWAYS be the same any change to that component would apply to all 5 'copies' in the design

How to achieve that?

Placing a component in an assembly and then selecting it in the Browser, right click an select Copy.  Click in the design window and and right click and select Paste.  This will create a copy that is link to the original.  Right click and select Paste New and you have a copy that is NOT linked to the original component your copied.
