Help with 2 designs

Hi all, I'm practically new in fusion 360 and i'm trying to create few designs, but I have very specific doubts. It would be nice if someone can help me out with this, they are not very difficult but i have no clue. Im attaching as well both items:

1. Pic 1: Im trying to separate both bodies in different files, but somehow is not letting me do it. Both are already separate but no idea whats going on.

2. Pic 2: I need to empty/extrude-cut that small piece in blue, but paralel to the line in red not in a 360º circle. Its not a revolution taking as origin center of 360º, its some sort of revolution from that line in red.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Use sweep.
