Gauging solve difficulty; server status; job compute time?

So I submitted 2 jobs today and they both stuck at 5% solved. I cancelled one, and the other sits at 5% for hours now. I'm trying to figure out if the issue is with the model, or maybe the Autodesk server is overloaded... So in general...

* Is there a way to see how busy the Autodesk server is?

* Is there a way to see how much compute time a job took?

Thanks

@brooknorton1 Our apologies for this experience. We are currently looking into our backend as priority to address this very issue.

You can try a File - Open and that should help you get moving forward.

Great to have that server health link.

Is there a way to see how much compute time a job took so that I can get a feel for which of my models are taxing the system more, or less, to help me get a feel for solve times I might expect?

@brooknorton1 We do not expose that but this is a degrade status on our end. So it was not really any one particular file that is stressing the system. The expectation is that your uploads should just work.

What kind of limit do you have for model complexity?
