Issue with Y shape tubes/branching/Loft/Mesh

1. I made a Y shape sketch

2. used the Pipe function under solid to generate tubes along the skeleton.

3. Connected the parent tube with the daughter tubes using loft between the two faces (tangent, merge tangent edges, new body).

4. After all tube got connected, I combined them to form one joint body.

5. However, this gives me this T shaped line at the branching site, and when I use fillet, this generates a triangular shaped area which gives me error when meshing in COMSOL.

Is there a way to remove this particular face? I tried to merge faces but I am getting error message again. Any suggestions or comments are much appreciated!

Thank you very much in advance!

Hi Thank you so so much for the reply! Would it be possible to provide a short video clip of how you did it? I am following your workflow, but I am a little lost.
