Fusion 360: 'Scripts and Add-ins' window changed – can't run scripts anymore

Hi. Today I wanted to run a script and noticed that a completely different window appears when I click on "Scripts and Add-ins."
In this new window, I no longer have the option to run scripts. There is no Run command — only options to enable or disable scripts and add-ins at startup.

I wanted to run my add-in that automatically saves all bodies as STL files, because I have over 100 of them. I don’t want to save all these bodies manually.

What has changed? Why is this new window being shown instead of the old one? I even reinstalled Fusion, but this new window still appears instead of the old one.

In the 'Run' column there a series of triangles. Clicking on one of them will run the scipt to the left of the triangle.

For me, when attempting to use the 'Run' toggle for FMGears, it just closes the Add Ins pane.  Fusion doesn't crash or display any errors... I just can't turn this plugin on.  Anyone know how to work through this particular bug?   (I've only been using Fusion 360 for about a year, but this is some of the jankiest, bug-ridden software I've run across.  Is there an encyclopedia of Fusion oddities & their workarounds?  There are far too many.)

I select the name of the script / add-in and right click, for the menu with the Run command in it.  Not used gears under this new one.

I do agree the old one was more intuitive, - change for change sake, and let the Forum debug is the Regime.
