clear cache to recover lost configuration entries

It seems that when I launch a configured design and open the configuration table there are entries missing, my list gets shorter and shorter. If I clear cache I might get the last one lost back, however, some configurations are lost and can only be found in older versions of the design, but I don't see a way to bring them forward to my current design with out re entry which is tedious and prone for errors. Ive also noticed that in drawings and switching configurations, they also fail because the configuration  may show selectable but not be there and then most likely a crash. Am I the only one experiencing this?

Hi @alan_wolf,

We have received reports of this issue from other users and are currently investigating the cause. May I ask, did you perform any specific actions before encountering this issue, or did it occur after saving and reopening after some time without any actions taken?

Hi @alan_wolf

I am not sure how you cleared the cache.  If it was by using the "Clear Cache Data" in "Support & Diagnostics", then that might not be sufficient.  Please follow the steps here https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Configured-Design-... by hard-deleting the cache from the hard drive directly and restart Fusion.  If this does not help to bring back the rows, follow the rest of the steps.

Thanks

Gautham

The current bug fix in recent updates has fixed the problem and also fixed the drawing issues reported
