Fillet only part of the way

As you can see on the image i only want to fillet at the round "thing" not all the way around.

(Only the part at the arrow should be fillet)

Im a real beginner so a step by step or so would be appriciated. 🙂

I can select the blue line, but when i click fillet all the way around is selected

What happens if you change the order of Fillets?

Fillet the circular edge of the cylindrical feature last.

Then i get the oposite problem, then the hole goas all the way around instead.

When experimenting with this "Tangent chain" it worked, thanks (^_^)

This is my first 3D model so its a steep learning curve =P
