Filet / step on curve between two surfaces

Hi, how do i create a filet / taper between two surfaces, along a curve. 

Basically i'm wanting to model the slim taper between the two arcs (on the edge of the screen) in the image. I'd like to do it parametrically, but maybe its not really possible that route. Any solution would be appreciated though.

Does a two direction chamfer work?

I think that perhaps you will want to Create>Loft with the desired profiles to cut away the bevel as desired.
