Show/Hide Constrains

Hi TF360

This is the smallest, the least important issue I have found in F360. It is also probably the one easiest to fix.

When enabling/disabling button Show Constraints in SKETCH PALETTE the respective entries on the ONDO list have reverse meanings ( at least by the optics of my glasses).

got it!  Thanks, @laughingcreek , @MichaelT_123 .  You're right, that one should be easy to fix.  Created FUS-53296 for this bug.
