extrude - cut and join - dialog box should be the same

Hi,

If you extrude and there are other bodies, then there opens a dialog box.

If you cut you get the choice which bodies you want to cut in the dialog box extension.

If you join then you don't have this dialog box extension, I would have this great possibility also for joining. Otherwise I often have to switch the bodies on and off. May be there is an other possibility which I don't know. See Picture. (sorry for my bad English)

Thanks an greetings

Hi @Josef_A_K_ ,

Thank you for your feedback.

While it is possible to achieve this using the combine command, I understand that it would be more convenient if we could provide a 'Join' command within the 'Extrude' command to specify which body it should join.
I will raise an improvement ticket (FUS-215961) and see if this enhancement can be considered.
However, I cannot guarantee that this improvement will be implemented, as we have a set of criteria that we use to evaluate and prioritize improvements.
Nonetheless, I sincerely appreciate your suggestion. It is valuable and helps us a lot.

Hi,

Please note: the menu refers to primitives > box and not to an extrusion.
