Zip Tie Tunnel

I have a plate but I would like to be able to insert a zip-tie tunnel so that when I install the board you can't see the zip-tie that is holding the plate in place. The plate is printed to be 1/2 a centimeter thick.

I would like to know if my suggestion is what you wanted.

I used a similar method 13 years ago on a printer I designed myself. However, the cable tie comes out at the bottom.
