I (thought) I was a reasonably fluent user of Forms, but I'm out to sea here...
I have created 3 forms (which do overlap) using loft along a spine in Form space. In this model I have only used forms (so far) - no surface or patch. I have been editing the forms (Edit Form) and somewhere along the way my t-spline bodies went away and I was left with surfaces. I didn't notice as I was jumping into edit form regularly via edit feature and updating successfully. Then F360 crashed. The recovery file seemed to have merged two of the bodies together; it seemed I had 3 surface bodies and one t-spline body but only the surface bodies showed in the model tree. I ended up hiding the "nonexistent" Form leaving me with 3 surface bodies. Now however, when I use Edit Form, the edited form shows, but when I Finish Form I'm left with the original surface body. This is shown in the video.
So, what did I do to end up with my forms turning into surfaces? and why do I seem to be able to edit the form but end up with neither a t-spline body or an updated surface?
Really could use some advice here as I stand to lose quite a bit of work if I need to start over..
Thanks, Ron
