Dynamic text replacement
Text values, entered using the Sketch Text function, cannot be parametric. I then think the best you can hope for is to manually edit the Component sketch, edit the text sketch, change the value and export the 3D print three times.

not with the standard features of Fusion, no. There might be an add-in that exists that could help automate this, but it would basically do what you would have to do manually: edit the text, print, repeat.
