Create list of inserted McMaster Parts?

Hello,

I am new to Fusion and am loving it so far.  I currently have a drawing with a few inserted McMaster parts and I am looking to create a list of the parts with the part number and the name of the item.  I know I can make a BOM in a drawing but it doesn't have all the info.  For example, right now I have a bolt in my drawing but I want to see what kind of bolt it is right in fusion (i.e. "1/4-20 hex head grade 8 bolt 3" long" - obviously not that exact wording format though).  Is there an easy way to do this or do I need to keep referencing back to McMaster online with the part number to see what is in my model?

Essentially, I am trying to generate a detailed list of all McMaster parts in my drawing with their product name so I can quickly see what it is.  Also, if there is a quick way to generate a mcmaster order form from my model that would be great to know

When you import the part, rename it (leaving the McMaster part number as part of the name).

I bet yo are talking about a model, or design, or assembly but NOT a drawing.

The best way to get a list for all the parts I have in a design is really a plugin called CSV-BOM from the Autodesk App Store. It's a free Papp that - as the name suggests - spits out a BOM (Bill of Materials) of all the parts in your assembly.

Here's a link to it.
