Yes it's right I have created my Plane with Construktion --> Plane at angle, but my crated plane is not 100%ly on 90 degrees to my origin plane. I can see it, when i look at my created plane and zoom into the drawing i can see 2 edges where only one shoud be...
I don't see what your seeing. There isn't anything like that when I open the file, even when I zoom way in. Maybe it's a display issue.

I made a cut through the part, maybe you can see it now what i mean. On the top of the part the cus is nearly by the edge. When you look at the end of the cutting on the lower edge from the origin plane you can see that the cut is inside from my part.
So the created plane is not exactly 90 degrees to the origin plane...
And now i search a way to crate a new plane exatly 90 degrees to the origin plane.
Ok this definitely looks like a bug, I have a work around for you but we need to report this. I attached the workaround until the Fusion team can look at this.
The angle is definitely 31 degrees but the cut doesn't follow the plane normal.
If you look at my timeline you will see I created a line that follows the edge you want the 90 degree plane to then I created a work plane that follows a path and selected the line. Then I moved your sketch to the new plane and the cut works the way it should.
Oh and if you use the file I gave you make sure you delete the last operation as it has errors and I forgot to delete it.
Can you look into this please.

Thank you, @Anonymous, for sharing the files. I agree that this is a bug, and I will log it. Thanks, @PhilProcarioJr for the workaround - that is a nice solution to the problem.
