One thing that may be interesting to see is if you change the auto-save interval. If you set the auto-save interval to 120 min (maximum), I would be curious to see if the behavior changes at all.
Note: You can manually save a recovery (auto-save) document at any point using Command + Shift + S (CTRL + SHIFT + S). It might be helpful to see if this manual auto-save initiates any crashing.
On a separate note, I do see some time-out network errors pretty regularly recorded in the logs. I'm not sure if they are contributing to the crash at all.

When you access the below site in a web browser, does it show that it is a trusted site? Usually there is a green lock in the address bar somewhere (depends on the web browser).

Is the network you're on fairly stable? There's a guide for troubleshooting network connectivity issue in the below link that might be helpful to review if you have firewalls, proxy servers, and security software to contend with.
