Crashing

Fairly new to Fusion 360 and am really enjoying using it but I find it crashes at least once a day, often more than that. I'm running it on a 5k iMac using osx11. I just wondered whether others were having a similar experience or whether I might have something set up incorrectly. Thanks

As best as I'm able to tell, the error reports you've submitted look to be related to auto-save. What recovery interval do you have set in the Preferences?

Can you share your diagnostic log files here?

Thanks for the update.

One thing that may be interesting to see is if you change the auto-save interval. If you set the auto-save interval to 120 min (maximum), I would be curious to see if the behavior changes at all.

Note: You can manually save a recovery (auto-save) document at any point using Command + Shift + S (CTRL + SHIFT + S). It might be helpful to see if this manual auto-save initiates any crashing.

On a separate note, I do see some time-out network errors pretty regularly recorded in the logs. I'm not sure if they are contributing to the crash at all.

When you access the below site in a web browser, does it show that it is a trusted site? Usually there is a green lock in the address bar somewhere (depends on the web browser).

Is the network you're on fairly stable? There's a guide for troubleshooting network connectivity issue in the below link that might be helpful to review if you have firewalls, proxy servers, and security software to contend with.

I hope this helps!
