Converting surface body to a solid

I can't manage to thicken this body to make it useable as a solid body. Does anyone know how I could make this a solid body while still retaining the correct shape?

I could patch some open spots. But I didn't find a way for the problems marked with circles.

Problem is the missing history.

Maybe that other members can do more.

Perhaps I'll make an attempt with Inventor tomorrow.

Thank you for your help, Is there a way to split the faces even though it is a surface body.
