Remove previous draft rules while keeping geometry?

Completely new to CAD work, so apologies in advance as I don't think I have the knowledge to properly search for this.

I'm attempting to move a face while maintaining the dimensions of said face, but as I've used the draft feature to angle the adjacent faces, the primary face I want to move changes dimensions because the draft angles are being enforced. So my question is whether the draft features can be made secondary in a sense to other changes I need to make, so that they can not be a rule.

The face I've made in my super convoluted actual file is important to keep the exact dimensions of, so I'd rather the iterations of the model not need to be created each time since those draft angles would need to be different and I fear the lack of precision on my part would result in different face dimensions.

The only way if you've used draft is to adjust the height then adjust the draft. You could use parameters for the draft so changing the height changes the draft, I have think and get back on that. The other option if you know you need this is to use 2 sketches on different planes then loft.

If you know the offset in mm this will work. Not sure from your image if all the drafts are the same, if not you'd need a parameter for each offset. See attached file, it has a 5mm offset.

Here's a short screencast that shows how using the parameter for the draft angle dynamically updates when you use Press Pull. Also shows the default behavior of offsetting a face. Make sure you use press pull and not Move, move modifies the body after the draft in the timeline so the Height parameter isn't updated.
