Continue groove along bend

Hi,

i am creating a bumper filler for my car but I fail to finish the drawing because i cannot continue the grooves along the bent part of the piece on the right hand side. on the flat surface i managed to use extrusion. But the curve is the problem for me.

You could use "Sweep"

I tried that but when I do it it looks like this:

for some reason you could select the whole profile (3 surfaces) but I can only select one.

Is that maybe the problem?

I got it. I have to select the projection surface on the correct side.
