Coincident Constraint not working right.

Hi.

I'm trying to get an arc to end on the horizontal axis.  I have tried to do it a couple ways.  I tried to put a construction line on the horizontal and use a coincident constraint.  The computer told me it was overconstrained.  I tried several times and got the same result.

I tried to then use a dimesion and make the vertical distance from the end of the arc to the horizontal axis to be "0".  The dimension command won't let me use zero as the value.

After several minutes of frustration, I tried the coincident constraint again and for no explainable reason, it worked.  Seems like a bug???

Also, why can't I use zero as a dimension?  There are times when it seems like the easiest way to get something to line up.  Also, I could use zero in previous versions of the program or in Inventor.

I hope someone has some answers.

Thanks

Thanks for your posting.

Yes, it is a known issue and tracked by FUS-12684 (Sketch dimension should accept 0 value).  We hope we can solve it in recent release.
