Hi Sandflo,

I just tried a couple of cloud renders and they went ok. I'll have someone on the cloud rendering team reach out to you to see what is going on with your renders.

Thanks,

Bankim

Hi Sandflo,

The rendering team has looked at your submissions to the cloud render and noticed that there were some issues.

They will run some test and someone from the Fusion 360 team will get back to you.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Colin

Hi Sandflo,

Can you share your Fusion project with us at support.autodesk360.rendering@autodesk.com

It will help us in debugging your issue faster.

Thanks,

Hi,
Thanks for sharing your file. The engineers have been looking at it. I don't have any concrete solution yet. But looks like it is related to this specific file. I'll fill you in when I know more.

Thanks,

Hi sandflo,

I have 2 questions for you:
1. Did you create this model completely in Fusion? Did you import any parts of it from another software?
2. Were you able to render any images from this model or did all of them result in errors?

Thanks,

Hi sandflo,

It seems that the materials in your file are corrupted somehow and that is causing the renders to fail.
As a solution to this, I have exported your file as an .igs file, which is just the model and default materials. If you bring this file back to Fusion and then render, it works. I can send you the file via email. You will have to re-create materials and apply them again.
I hope this solution works for you.

Thanks,
