Changing Diameter of Existing Hole

Imported a file and need to change the diameter of one hole. How do you do this?

Use the Press/Pull command, and select the cylindrical face of the hole.  Then drag, or type in a new diameter.

I followed this but can only get the Offset Faces dialogue to work in relative measurements i.e. increase the size of the hole by say 2mm. Is there a setting that get absolute measurements i.e. give me a hole of, say, 25mm diameter? (I'm new to Fusion 360 so I'm sorry if the answer seems obvious!)

I was able to change the diameter of the hole by going into the Modify > Change Parameters option. I selected the sketch (under the Model Parameters) in question and typed in a new Expression (mm size in my case).

I'm having the same issue. 
When I select the face of the diameter all I get are offset settings and nothing that allows me to change the diameter. 

Did you ever find a solution?

I was able to change diameters this way, it seems a very long way around though. 
I wonder what setting is incorrect/different when selecting push/pull as outlined in "Direct Editing" course video that defaults to offset as opposed to the option to change the diameter of the feature.

Yes, well sort of. When editing a feature like an extrude, fillet, chamfer, rotate etc. It seems necessary to zero or blank the measurement field first, reselect the feature/s to work on, then re-enter the required measurement.
